14mm SteelSurf was recommended for this application due to its ability to perform under extreme stresses and resist deformation while providing a high skid resistance.

Broom Lane is a traditional estate road that required resurfacing due to deformation and low-skid resistance.
14mm SteelSurf Eco+, which incorporates a bio-binder replacement, was offered to provide exceptional durability, resistance to deformation, high resistance to surface scuffing and low permeability.
The material is performing to high standards as expected and saved the local authority 44.6 kg CO2e per tonne of asphalt.
The extensive driveway of Wentworth Woodhouse, a Grade I listed stately home in South Yorkshire, needed resurfacing due to high fatigue and multiple potholes.
SteelSurf PMB was recommended for its durable properties in high-stress locations for heavy-duty applications. The material is highly resistant to surface scuffing and deformation.
The material is performing to high standards and provides safe, durable access to the main house for visitors and commercial vehicles.
